Tennessee Titans Tickets – Johnson Deserves Raise before Season

Tennessee Titans Tickets – Johnson Deserves Raise before Season

Last season Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson earned 5,000.  Meanwhile, in a strange, alternate universe, JaMarcus Russell earned .1 million.  It doesn’t take enormous intellect to understand that something doesn’t quite add up, especially considering that Johnson had one of the greatest years as a running back in the history of the league and Russell was swiftly cut by the Raiders in the offseason.  Clearly Johnson has outplayed his contract, but does that mean the Titans should swoop in and give him the contract that he deserves?  After all, business is business.  Right?

In most sports and for most positions, that would certainly be the case, but this is a different set of circumstances.  Running back is the most physically demanding position in the NFL, easily the most physically demanding major sport in the world.  The average career span of a running back in the NFL has always hovered around three years due to the toll that the position takes on the body.  Chris Johnson is currently a dominant player with fresh legs, but, as we have seen over and over again, there is no guarantee that will last for very long.  The NFL is littered with talented backs who have torn it up in brief stints and are suddenly out of work because their bodies simply couldn’t keep up.

Johnson is, of course, still very young and in top physical condition, so there is no reason to think that will happen to him any time soon.  The problem is that you just never know.  After setting the NFL record for most combined yards (rushing and receiving) in 2009 and being the league’s most electric player, Johnson is slated to make roughly 0,000 in base salary in 2010, making him the most undervalued athlete possibly ever.  Considering the way that the NFL chews up running backs, this is one time that holding out this offseason isn’t just an option for Johnson; it’s the only option.

If Johnson was playing this well as a quarterback, a new contract would have already been drafted up, as quarterbacks are expected to be the leaders of the team for a long time.  With backs, however, teams understand that they constantly have to look for a replacement, and there is minimal risk in angering Johnson by refusing to give him a new contract.  Whether it’s ethical is a whole different story – one that usually doesn’t enter into the equation in the NFL.

In another sport, it would make sense for the player to simply play out his rookie contract and wait for his next one.  In the NBA, younger players are constantly undervalued, though it usually works out once their rookie contracts expire and they get a chance to sign second-level contracts.  Due to the length of careers in comparison to the NFL, this system works very well for the NBA.  This should provide little solace to Chris Johnson, however, as there is always a very real possibility as an NFL running back that you will never make it to your next contract before your body gives out.

Obviously Chris Johnson isn’t headed to the poor house if he doesn’t get a new contract.  With bonuses for 2010 added into the equation, Johnson will actually take home closer to million in total, which is an improvement but one that still leaves him terribly underpaid compared to his peers.  It’s often easy to sympathize with teams when players hold out looking for new contracts; this simply isn’t one of those occasions.

Johnson is also the Titans’ most marketable player and his base salary for 2010 is laughable considering his recent productivity, even if his numbers dip from his ridiculous 2009 campaign.  Johnson is in his prime and will continue to sell plenty of <a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link/2580545']);” href=”<a rel=”nofollow” onclick=”javascript:_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/outgoing/article_exit_link/2580545']);” href=”http://www.stubhub.com/tennessee-titans-tickets/”>Tennessee”>http://www.stubhub.com/tennessee-titans-tickets/”>Tennessee Titans tickets</a> this season, though there is no telling how many more seasons he’ll be able to do just that given the nature of the position.  The Titans need to square with Johnson as a sign of good faith to the rest of the team.

First Time In India: Education Loan Approval Before Admission For Students Going To The Usa

First Time In India: Education Loan Approval Before Admission For Students Going To The Usa

Credila Financial Services, an HDFC Ltd. Venture, is a specialized education loan lender. Credila announces a special benefit to the students who plans to pursue higher studies in the USA. Credila will, underwrite the education loan application file and issue education loan Approval letters to the credit- worthy students even before their admission to the US Universities.

“Credila’s education loan approval before admission to the USA is the first ever in India!”, said Prashant A. Bhonsle, Country Head of Credila Financial Services. He continued to say, “Unless students demonstrate the sources of funds, the US Universities don’t give I-20 to the students. With Credila’s education loan approval letters, thousands of creditworthy students from India, now, will be able to fulfill their dreams of higher education in the USA”.

The Catch-22 Dilemma of US Bound Indian Students: There are severe restrictions that are based on The US Federal Immigration laws and policies on funds that an Indian student can receive at U.S. universities. Matter of fact, universities will not confirm admission unless students can demonstrate their ability to bear the cost of an American Education.

American Education and the I20

An US University can conditionally admit the student for a particular course based on various parameters, ranging from Standardized Test Scores (GRE, GMAT, etc) to Leadership Qualities. However, it does not release the official document confirming a students’ admission until and unless the student is able to demonstrate financial ability to pay for the first year of the course and continued funds to support the remaining years of education.

This official document of admission, also called the Form I20, is in fact a legal document tied to US Immigration Services. The I20 is not only the only proof of secured admission but also forms the basis of that student’s US student visa claim and attempt to enter the US for education. In a nutshell, if you don’t have an I20, you don’t go to the US for education.

Obtaining the I20

Demonstrating financial ability can be tricky, especially because only a few forms of documentary evidence are accepted by the US University. A typical Indian student has limited options – receive funding from the university in form of scholarships, waivers, etc that are extremely difficult to secure OR document family funds OR obtain an education loan. “Credila loan approval letter was one of the important financial docs which I was holding to get I20”, said Suraj T., studying in SUNY at Buffalo, USA. Another student Ajin N. who obtained education loan from Credila and studying in University of Illinois at Chicago, USA said, “Credila gave me the liquidity to go ahead with the fees payment.  So the embassy was happy with loan approval letter and the way of funding for my course”.

The Chicken-Egg Syndrome

Indian Students that plan on obtaining an education loan to fund their US studies face a typical “Chicken-Egg” syndrome every year: The US University requires proof of assured funds to confirm the admission and release the I20; Indian banks do not Approval or authorize education loans until the student has confirmed admission and received the I20. So what comes first—the I20 or the bank loan authorization? Chicken or Egg?

This limitation of Indian Banks put a severe damper on several qualified students that plan on obtaining the I20 and funding their American education via loans. Unfortunately some students, out of sheer desperation, resort to unethical measures to forge such documentation which makes things worse overall. Mr. Richard Yam, Foreign Student Advisor at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst notes “We see a lot of loan approval letters that prospective students from all over the world send to us to document proof of funds. [But] I do not think I have seen anything [similar] from India.” This is echoed by Mr. Hrayr Tamzarian, Asst. Dean of International Admissions at Smith College, a highly selective private undergraduate college near Boston—“We normally accept loan letters [for I20 sponsorship] as we are very expensive and understand that the student and family may not have full funding proof and may take student loans to pay the balance fee…if the family funds plus the loan add up to the required amount, then we can issue the I20.”

Credila’s Unique Solution for students applying for studies in the USA

One of the objectives of a recent and exciting development relating to educational loans in India aims at solving this “Catch-22” situation jeopardizing the Indian student community.

Credila Financial Services, is currently India’s first and only fully-dedicated education loan provider. Credila has entered into key partnerships with various organizations and educational institutes around the globe to better serve the Indian student community. Credila Financial Services is an HDFC Ltd. venture. HDFC Ltd. is a strategic investor in Credila. Over 40,000 students and parents have applied to Credila for education loan in the past few months. So far Credila has funded students for their studies in Universities such as Columbia Univ., Cornell Univ, Purdue Univ., Carnegie Mellon, Oxford etc.

Credila is offering Education Loan Approval letter to credit worthy students even before they get any confirmed admission from the USA. Credila does not mandate “Confirmed Admission” to process or grant education loan offers and Approvals. So a student can apply and receive a loan approval letter from Credila even before being admitted to the course of his/her choice. This may also help the student to secure admission to better courses.

Credila offers Study Abroad Opportunities by Abroad Education Loans. Credila offers education loans to Indian students already in USA, Indian students going overseas and Indian students attending colleges in India.

What Should You Know Before Choosing a Dentist in South Kensington?

Category : Other Students

What Should You Know Before Choosing a Dentist in South Kensington?

Before choosing a dentist in South Kensington, you will need to know what kind of dentist you need. For example, do you want a dentist who specialises in pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, or a complete family practitioner? If you aren’t sure what your dental needs are, take a minute to think about your preferences. Do you like a small, casual office or a more formal, multi-faceted practice? Does the sex or age of your dentist matter to you? Do you need a dentist who speaks more than one language?

Something else to consider when choosing a dentist in South Kensington is if they use nitrous oxide (which basically puts you to sleep during your dental procedure). For people who get nervous when they visit the dentist, they often prefer to have nitrous oxide (also known as gas) available during procedures. Not all dentists offer this though, so if it is important to you, make sure to ask.

Insurance is another crucial element to consider when shopping for a dentist in South Kensington. Find out what your insurance covers, and get a list of dental providers in your area. This can be faster than calling local dentists to see if they accept your particular insurance, especially if you have a rare plan. You may also want to ask about your deductible and coverage so there are no ugly, last minute surprises.

Another tip when selecting a dentist in South Kensington is to check out the dentist’s website. Most all dentists have an online presence now. Read about the practice, their services, and get a feel for their customer service and bedside manner. You can learn a lot about a dentist from their website.

For example, if their website is full of grammatical errors, bad punctuation, and has broken links or doesn’t load properly, that will definitely give you an idea of what that dentist considers to be an acceptable finished product. On the other hand, a professional, warm, and informative website can ease your worries and help you decide. You might also want to see what professional associations the dentist belongs to, where he or she went to school, and how long they have practiced. Typically, you can find this type of information on a dentist’s website.

Convenience is another factor you shouldn’t overlook when choosing a dentist in South Kensington. Is there parking available? What are their office hours? Do they offer a 24-hour emergency phone number you can call in case a temporary crown falls off on a Saturday night? Additionally, it can be inconvenient if you need to travel to another location to visit a specialist. Many dental practices have part-time specialists that are on staff 2-3 days a week, so you do not need to go elsewhere for treatment.

The most important thing you should know before choosing a dentist in South Kensington is that you come first. Pick someone you are comfortable with, someone who seems trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. Reduce your anxiety around seeing a dentist by doing your research and finding the right dentist for you.

Don’t Casts swine Before Pearl part 2

Don’t Casts swine Before Pearl

7/11/2010

Dear  reader;

Yes this title is all about the perception of my message and how “don’t cast swine before pearl” reversed title will make you  think about yourself because the fact is if you make people think they’re thinking, they’ll love you for it; but, if you really make them think the way I do, they’ll hate you for it.

Is my prediction for “A US revolution” taking shape in July 2010?

To those of you who missed my last radio shows here are the links

MEN ON A MISSION!

George Noory and Dr. Turi is at –

We have to survive and further our deceiving legacy to your innocent kind!

London, England (CNN) — The Church of England took a small step toward allowing women to serve as bishops Monday, with its governing body voting to recommend their elevation despite warnings from traditionalists that it could split the church.

DT Rebuttal: NO this is not a step to allow women to serve God but more of  another masquarade to save their ASSets.  The Church Inc. will never really split because they all work in a secret “harmony” that only smart souls like my friends David Icke, Jordan Maxwell, my students and some smartreaders can discern. If there is true conspiracy it is from the Church of England, a Capricorn *Head of Evil Saturn ruled country. Keep reading I will tell you a true story about the Church of England that many people never heard of…

Or The Broken Circle I wonder what David would say of my analogy?

At the Reformation the Western Church became divided between those who continued to accept Papal authority and the various Protestant churches that repudiated it. The Church of England was among the churches that broke with Rome. The catalyst for this decision was the refusal of the Pope to annul the marriage of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon, but underlying this was a Tudor nationalist belief that authority over the English Church properly belonged to the English monarchy. In the reign of Henry’s son Edward VI the Church of England underwent further reformation, driven by the conviction that the theology being developed by the theologians of the Protestant Reformation was more faithful to the teaching of the Bible and the Early Church than the teaching of those who continued to support the Pope.

While the masquerade is overloaded with endless “political” laws and excuses to feed and appease all royals and clericals egos of the old days the real question was the monumental wealth and political influence involved.

So let’s pass all the lies and junk and get straight to the truth. The story is quite clear you allow me to divorce and get a wife that can produce a child for the throne of England or I start my own  freaking Church Mr. Pope. I have as much influence as you have and I will prove it to you so you better adapt because you will have to do so for many more centuries to come to stay alive!  Ego battle for power and control and the breaching of an established rule from foreign ground this is what the symbol is all about!

Church leaders meeting in York overwhelmingly supported changing canon law to accommodate women as bishops. But the move by the church’s General Synod must be approved at a future meeting of the governing body, after parishes take at least a year to consider the question.

DT Rebuttal: The question in question HAS already been approved because of the financial and survival repercussions! Sure they do not want to jump the gun and awake your suspicions, so time is needed for anything with everything conspirational to be accepted by the moronic mass of lost religious lambs. Do you have a single idea how many women would turn their back to the Church Inc. if their kind was rejected like in the Middle East? Do you have a single idea how much “donations” of the free rides they would miss if women are “discarded” like in the Middle East? Do you have any idea how much GREEN this mean to the Church Inc.?

“This is good news for the whole church, and we are delighted,” the Rev. Rachel Weir, leader of the group Women and the Church, which supported the change. The decision “gives the church a powerful mandate to move forward enthusiastically, welcoming the ministry of women at all levels within the church, whilst making space for those who are opposed to stay within our body,” Weir said in a statement applauding the vote. The first curch of England began ordaining women as priests in 1994 and has been debating whether they should become bishops since 2005. But the issue, along with the debate over the ordination of gay priests, has put a serious strain on the 77-million-member Anglican Communion worldwide.

DT Rebuttal: Ad if you think for a second that “delighted,” Rev. Rachel Weir, leader of the group Women and the Church supported the change, you BET you are right because he is a part of the huge wheel of deception, for the Church Inc. has a well calculated “position” in all positions and the religious legal hyenas know how to “handle” the laws at their advantage. OMG! In what a young stupid world did I land on? Thus if after a year watching the moronic media response, the Church Inc. simply adapt (or make the changes) that at the end will bring more people *more money to their humongous Swiss Private Bank accounts. The exact same masquerade took place with the gays and Gypsy community and now they are a solid part of the Church Inc. unstoppable manipulative money making machine. Again the Gays and Lesbians including the Gypsies were “rejects” of society THEN, and the Churches banned, jailed and burned them but times have changed and if the Church In.c does not find a way (and they always did) to adapt they would have been gone a long time ago. Imagine the figures, support, free rides and donations and what 77 000 000 lost souls means to the Church Inc.?

The Catholic Church has reached out to disaffected Anglicans, raising the possibility that conservatives could leave en masse. The General Synod rejected a compromise backed by the nominal head of the church, Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, over the weekend, with priests rejecting the measure despite the support of bishops and lay leaders.

DT Rebuttal: Never will anyone religiously poisoned enough would consider living the Church Inc, and if they do, with 800 different denominations ALL interrelated financially not a single soul would be lost but “RE-born again somewhere else.  God made his children’s UCI totally Unique and some less than perfect… The Church Inc. had to realize that from your local priest all the way up to the Pope himself NO one is perfect especially judging the amount of legal financial disasters the sexual misconducts from the top Church authorities has (and still) has cost the corporation as more and more victims come forward to expose the damages done to them as children.

Forward in Faith, a conservative group that opposes the ordination of women as “contrary to the scriptures,” said Monday’s vote “contains nothing which can satisfy the legitimate needs” of its members.”Now, though, is not the time for precipitate action,” it said. Its leaders will take stock and debate the issue at upcoming meetings in September and October, the group said in a statement on the decision.

DT Rebuttal: In fact ALL manmade “religious scriptures” are contrary to all that Jesus was teaching and what God is all about! They were designed to deceive people from day one for the benefit of a Plutonic greed power angry crowd who used appropriately fears and the human instinct of preservation to build their particular empire.

Smart people built many deceiving faces of God through countless religions and many human are less than smart and this sad fact makes up for their success!

But upgrading to a higher spiritual level is not an easy thing to do when the soul suffered mental poisoning reinforced by fears ruling over common sense, especially when the mental manipulation started at the child’s most vulnerable spiritual/psychological time and lasted so many years. Re introducing Jesus’ vital message to humanity and the real face of and celestial tools of God will never be accepted overnight. It took 2000 years to bring this world to its knees spiritually where despair and the idiocy of humans is witnessed daily though the murdering each others for “God.” The pit of ignorance is as deep as tip if the broken pipe on the muggy floor of the  Gulf of Mexico and the black poisoning *oil spill blood gushing from Mother Earth entrails represents the slow and endless damage done to this world’s residents. This is how I perceive the damage done to humankind’s psyche because of religions, but as mentioned on George Noory Coast To Coast radio show to millions “I trust in the human Genius to fix this problem” and it is slowly happening. While FEAR rules, many talking heads came up with the most destructive scenario possible regurgitating their own fears and lack of Cosmic Consciousness.

The task to upgrade humankind psyche is a tough undertaking but God gave me the tools, call it a gift or a curse and the will to complete my mission and sometimes I feel really alone, especially when the dark forces try to silence me in any possible way *moronic insecure moderators Mike encounters most of the places he posts my education FREE newsletters on the Web. Once more how many famous new Age leaders or writers you follow offered you with their mental achievements, intellectual properties, or newsletters for FREE?  Yes the forces of evil with their “bibles” and Dr. Turi with a legitimate piece of God’s divinity with *2010 Moon Power. Others will make sure I do not “interfere” on their turf and give away the truth… One more thing of importance when I use Jesus’ infamous phrase “don’t cast pearl before swine” it really hit the very emotional, sensitive person right home in his heart but in no way this particular reader should take this sentence personally. Instead if you read “don’t casts pearl before HIS/HER name was written then the reader should really be offended. I am using this sentence to represent OBJECTIVELY the uneducated, easily entertained mass unwilling or unable to do any form of mental gymnastics leading to Cosmic Consciousness. When the ego is touched things goes array and “If you make people think they’re thinking, they’ll love you; but, if you really make them REALLY think, they’ll hate you.” As a man dealing with the truth I have to be and say the truth and the truth has never ever intended to be nice to no one…

“Souls who takes my direct approach to life and brutal honesty personally while missing the essence of my message suffers both inferiority and insecurity complexes produced by their own oversized accredited ego.”

MEMO – New Moon — July 11, 2010 in Cancer: With the Moon so close to the earth, this specific lunation will have an important effect on many of us especially for the US government and France’s festivities “La Bastille” day. Many political differences will come to the fore and the people may come to act against what they perceive as wrong. Expect the beginning or ending of important phases of your and other people’s lives (especially if you are active or were born on that dayJ).  This lunation could represent a very significant part of your destiny even France and the United States of America a Cancer/Leo nations (July 14 1789 – July 4th 1776). You may be forced by the universe to let go of your past and forge into your new future.  Whatever the changes are, go with confidence.  Many will be affected and forced to move on due to war and/or natural catastrophes or simply to further specific wishes.  Dr. Turi needs your help to pass on his very important star message to the world POST God’s signs to the world!

Gee this is an important beginning or ending time for us in France Dr. Turi!

The lower house of the French Parliament overwhelmingly approved a ban on the burqa and the niqab, Islamic garments that cover a woman’s face. The measure still must pass the Senate tobecome law.

Yes Dr. Turi you were right it’s the end of me!

(CNN) — William Garner, 37, who was convicted of murdering five children in 1992 in Cincinnati, Ohio, was executed by intravenous lethal injection at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio, according to the state’s Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.

Damn and me too Dr. Turi!

“Barefoot bandit” Colton Harris-Moore pleaded guilty today in the Bahamas to illegally landing a plane and faces deportation. He’s wanted on several charges in the U.S.

GEE – me too Dr. Turi! May God Bless Your Soul George!

Yankees owner George Steinbrenner dead at 80

Mom I am gone too! Bless your soul Kyle.

Lincoln Park , Michigan – 7-12-2010 – A very tragic incident occurred yesterday when this little boy was tragically killed by a dog, the family cannot afford funeral cost and burial cost, we have managed to get the burial plot donated by Michigan Memorial funeral home.

How many times did I warn the parents of animals behaving robotically like some humans? Yes elephants, tigers, lions, monkeys are also under the jurisdiction of the Cosmic Code and will ACT those dangerous stars, please help this family and suggest my FREE book to all the mothers and fathers to respect God signs of like this family paid such an incredible price for ignorance/innocence. Sarah song is simply wonderful but not enough because there are NO accidents and yet, this one could have been avoided had the parents possess Cosmic Consciousness or my book…

Well you also predicted that I would retire today Dr. Turi…

(CNN) — Paul the octopus — who correctly predicted the outcome of eight World Cup matches in a row — is officially retiring from the prediction business said the aquarium in Germany where he lives.

“If you make people think they’re thinking, they’ll love you; but, if you really make them REALLY think, they’ll hate you.”

And this is where the words “don’t casts pearl before swine” really apply and enunciate OBJECTIVELY (because I did not write anyone’s name in particular) the mass’ focussed interest in sports, religions and general entertainments. While these are very important endeavors of the human experience, the essence of the human spirit gets NOTHING really valuable that teaches its direct relationships with God, the Cosmic Code and the signs. Maybe by compiling the news and offering the reader the signs “on golden plate” the piglets (that is the representation of the mass not you reader) may look in the right direction to feed their numbed lost spirits. And this does not mean any souls consumed with religions, and scientific facts or enjoying any form of intertainiments is a PIG! or stupid! Simply at a level that need updating that’s all because I LOVE sports too especially boxing…Does enjoying two guys beating the hell out of their face makes me a pig? NO so why would you perceive my message instead of taking Jesus’ quote personally? I wonder…

YOU are the one chosen how Jesus’ words reflects and affect your soul, your image reader, your perception is YOUR own undiluted TRUTH on how your feel about your self and not  mine.  May be you have a low  self esteem? And if you reacted negatively to esus’ words do not blame me to help you uncover your spiritual shortcoming, self esteem weaknesses instead say thank you Dr. Turi for helping me to impartially JUDGE myself accordingly. And that is the only thing I am trying to do make you think! BUT HOW CAN I DO SO WITHOUT HURTING SOME READERS which are missing my IMPORTANT message because of  an incredible misplaced sensitive ego? HOOPS… NO one likes the truth Dr. Turi and only the advanced soul can actually auto analyze himself properly. OH LA LA!

Astrology is an Art read from the Master! That is a fact and not an ego trip but how much do you really know about my work and I? That is the question that would help you appreciate the facts but I know who I am and I can not do this for you… another word, its me to know and you to find out!

“When men realize the church is the universe and the twelve Apostles are the twelve signs of the zodiac, God’s commandments written in Starlight will bring true love, respect peace and harmony to this world.”

This New Moon trend may prove to be both sad and great for many.  You and some friends get together to socialize; you may be the one doing the entertaining.  A family member or a child needs your advice.  Be willing to consider the issue from their point of view; avoid emotional involvement or forcing your opinion on others.  Most of all provide spiritual support.

Love Affairs: With a waxing Moon upon us expect much progress in the area of love. But some people from the past may become heavy in your heart and could produce stress in your life. If they bring good memories, have fun, but don’t get too caught up in the nostalgia.  If they were negative in the first place, stay far away from their charms the second time around unless the hard lesson has been learnt from both side. If you were born on one of these days happy birthday to you and count on some really good time ahead. If you were born in December, a Leo or an Aries may find you too depressing lately.  Listen to a friend born in October; you may learn something.  Don’t let guilt drag you down; life must go on.  Many will enjoy a trip to Europe, France and Italy.

Travel and Communication: Local errands keep you busy and bring you in contact with interesting people. This trend will bring surprising news and reminds us of our responsibility.  Mostly, be cautious and prudent in driving, as people may not see you. Drive slowly and enjoy the trip.

Environment: Nature may also go berserk and news could be significantly large and destructive. TEHRAN, Iran — A powerful earthquake jolted Iran’s rugged Khorasan province, killing nearly 2,400 people and injuring an estimated 6,000.  The U.S. Geological Survey told CNN the quake had a magnitude of 7.3.  Nature may also show her power with shocking weather.  Thousands of people may be forced to relocate.  Many unaware daredevils or unlucky souls will lose their lives because they have no knowledge of the stars’ impact on human affairs.  You may suggest or offer them a copy of Starguide; a little information is better than none, and that is the purpose of this publication.  They will probably love you forever because of this practical, thoughtful gesture.

Famous Personalities: A famous person or his child could make dramatic news. Expect interesting news about many famous people.  The church could also make sad news such as in FAISALABAD, Pakistan. A 67-year-old Pakistani Roman Catholic bishop shot himself to death outside a court to protest against a death sentence on a fellow Christian for blasphemy.  Some will work hard providing housing or clothing to the world at large.

Events: Under the same celestial energy in LIMA, Peru  — Twelve people survived and 75 were killed when a Peruvian air force Boeing 737, chartered by the Occidental Petroleum Corp., crashed in a northern Amazon jungle.  Blackout, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, including rough weather is high on the list

Shopping: Don’t overspend, no matter how glittery the gift in question is. You can find a good deal on a big-ticket item by comparison shopping. Some will want to use the waxing Moon and visit Las Vegas’ casinos and may strike luck.  Better make all your plans now and go with the New Moon.  Don’t stress; understand and use the stars; they are there to be used and make life easier.  Share my valuable forecast from www.drturi.com with accurate guidance or offer a reading for someone’s birthday or offer a comparison chart for a newly wed couple.

New Mexico authorities said a former employee shot and killed six people at a business Monday in Albuquerque before turning the gun on himself.

As explained in my last radio show with Michelle, (if you took the time to listen) people are robots of the stars and will act “robotically” because the moon regulates our emotional response to life. The moon indeed rules ALL domestic affairs and if you pay attention to my work you will realize that, unlike the scientific educated nerds, that”: the moon is much more than a dead rock hanging up there for the sake of beauty. During her full and waning periods she will make you feel “lunatic” “Moody” or Craby and Cancer rules this sign. Armed with such a valuable wisdom not only the scientific community but the world at large would only benefit from the Moon Signs as intended to be read as such by God himself.

WHO IS SHERIFF ARPAIO?

Joseph M. “Joe” Arpaio (born June 14, 1932) is an American law enforcement officer

Yes who is this man? What’s makes him the tougher Sherriff in the US, well once you read all about his *UCI Unique Celestial Identity chances are you will understand why, like any other humans he is also under the jurisdictions of the Cosmic Code and can only behave ROBOTICALLY to the eyes of the world. Well “Joe” has no Cosmic Consciousness and like any and all other cops (apart from my cop students) he is INFRINGING the Laws of the Divine and will have to pay a very heavy penalty in the process. While I sent him numerous emails to learn how to become more efficient with the criminals and most of all save the lives of his Phoenix cops nothing (like all other Police Chiefs) came back from his office. Let’s hope someone will email him this link for me before it becomes too late for him and our brave Phoenix public servants .

Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Career College

Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Career College

The road to a career can be long and winding with lots of dead ends and wrong turns. Perhaps you’ve hit some of these occupational detours–unnecessary coursework, scattered employment opportunities, and wandering around the Internet, looking for just the right profession. But with a career college, you can be on the fast track to a rewarding career in a respected field. “I received training in exactly what employers are looking for,” said one career school student. “I didn’t waste time taking classes that I didn’t really need for the job market.”

If you’re thinking about earning a certificate from a career college that trains you for a specific healthcare support position, such as, a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or health claims examiner/medical biller, and other challenging positions–it’s important to ask questions before enrolling. You’ll want to feel confident about your decision before embarking on your studies. According to educational experts, here are some criteria to guide you as you evaluate the pros and cons of a career college:

1. INTERESTS AND GOALS:

What kind of career and technical training do you want to receive? If you’re interested in medical support careers, you’ll want to consider a career college that specializes in that type of preparation. Look for an established college with a good reputation.

Will the education you receive be adequate training for your job? If you’re interested in being a pharmacy technician, for example, you will want to gain technical knowledge and practical skills such as dosage calculations, drug distribution systems, and product recognition.

2. CHOOSING A SCHOOL:

Is the school accredited and will you receive a certificate of completion? Accreditation means that the institution’s programs and policies have been reviewed and meet the criteria set by an outside agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or specialized industry group. This ensures that you’ll receive a quality education with high standards and lends credibility to your certificate of completion, for potential employers.

Does the school have convenient locations? Look for a career college that has campuses in different counties and is accessible by public transportation as well as freeways. Check to make sure parking is available.

Does the school have modern classrooms and advanced medical equipment? Modern classrooms and labs with advanced equipment mean that you’ll have the tools you’ll need to be prepared for the first day on the job.

What are the requirements for admission? Typically, applicants are required to complete an application form and participate in a personal interview with admissions representatives, as well as visit the campus. If you need a GED, some schools will assist you in preparing for and taking this high-school equivalency test if you have been approved for testing by the school administration. If you don’t have a high school diploma or GED, some programs only require that you pass a nationally recognized ability-to-benefit test.

3. FINANCIAL AID:

How will you pay for your training or program? Career colleges are very affordable, and financial aid is available to those who qualify. The financial aid office can help qualifying students apply for the funds they need. You’ll also have several options for tuition payment. Grants and low-interest loans can help those with financial needs.

4. OTHER SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

Does the career college offer career development or employment assistance? You should look for a school that offers the help of a career services department to help you find employment after you graduate. For both students and alumni, this can include interviewing techniques and resume preparation; job leads and networking workshops; and time management planning.

What To Do Before You Move to LA

What To Do Before You Move to LA

I love L.A.! I love what the city represents – both in terms of challenges and opportunities, and what it has to offer. The sun always seems to shine brighter in L.A. (or maybe my enthusiasm for it makes it appear that way). The days are longer and the nights are adventurous. There’s electricity in the air. Anxiety, ambitions and aspirations cover the city like a thin layer of smog. It’s palpable: you can reach out and touch it.

As intoxicating as it may sound, L.A. is not for everyone.

If you are contemplating a move to L.A. to pursue career opportunities, goals, or dreams, this article will provide you with helpful planning insights that can make your move easier and more successful.

1. SET REALISTIC GOALS BEFORE YOU MOVE: What are you hoping to accomplish by moving to L.A.? Have you accurately assessed whether your hometown can provide you with similar resources that can facilitate your success? What benefits and advantages will you gain by relocating to L.A.? How will this geographical change improve the likelihood of you reaching your goals?

Be aware of the fact that Los Angeles is the largest city in California and the second largest in the United States. There are (as of this 2009 writing) 4,065,585 people living in the city of Los Angeles and 10,393,185 in Los Angeles County. That’s a lot of people. Inevitably, any field (especially the entertainment industry) that you are attempting to succeed in will have increased competition. Be prepared for tougher and possibly longer job searches.

When it comes to setting realistic goals for your move to L.A. the bottom line is this: The need to be in L.A. (dictated by inherent benefits such as proximity to resources, industry players, greater opportunities, or lifestyle choice) should outweigh the desire. Being in L.A. as a fashion statement can be costly. Carefully analyze your motivations and prospects before changing your zip codes.

2. RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH!: Get to know as much as you can about the neighborhoods and districts that you are considering moving to. This includes their surrounding areas. Pay particular attention to your access to freeways, and proximity to arenas and other venues which may cause getting to, and parking near your new home more difficult. Jokes about the air quality in L.A. are not without merit. Neither is the high preponderance of gangs and gang related activities. Researching the areas that you may live, work, and play in can significantly reduce your chances of being in the wrong place, at the wrong time. The following is a very brief overview of L.A. neighborhoods that you may want to consider in relocating:

Santa Monica – Santa Monica is Los Angeles’ premier beach community. It’s known for its festive ocean pier, stylish oceanfront hotels, and artsy atmosphere. Its attraction is the Third Street Promenade, a pedestrian-only outdoor mall lined with dozens of shops and restaurants.

Malibu – 27 miles of wide beaches, beachfront cliffs, sparsely populated hills, and relative remoteness from the inner city make it popular with rich recluses such as Cher and Mel Gibson. With plenty of green space and dramatic rocky outcroppings, Malibu’s rural beauty is unsurpassed in L.A., and surfers flock to “the ‘Bu” for great, if crowded, waves.

Venice Beach – Venice Beach is best known for its Ocean Front Walk, a nonstop Mardi Gras of thong-wearing skaters, fortune-tellers, street musicians, and poseurs of all ages, colors, types, and sizes.

Marina del Rey – Just south of Venice, Marina del Rey is a somewhat quieter, more upscale waterside community best known for its man-made small-craft harbor, the largest of its kind in the world. Fittingly, it offers a wide variety of public boating opportunities, including fishing trips, harbor tours, dinner cruises, and private sailing charters.

Manhattan, Hermosa & Redondo beaches – These are laid-back, mainly residential neighborhoods with modest homes (except for oceanfront real estate), mild weather, and residents happy to have fled the L.A. hubbub. There are excellent beaches for volleyball, surfing, and tanning here, but when it comes to cultural activities, pickings can be slim. The restaurant scene, while limited, has been improving steadily, and some great new bars and clubs have opened near their respective piers.

West Hollywood – This is the intersection of Santa Monica and La Cienega boulevards. Nestled between Beverly Hills and Hollywood, this politically independent – and blissfully fast food free – town is home to some of the area’s best restaurants, clubs, shops, and art galleries. WeHo, as it’s come to be known, is also the center of L.A.’s gay community. Encompassing about 2 square miles, it’s a pedestrian-friendly place with plenty of metered parking. Highlights include the 1 1/2 miles of Sunset Boulevard known as Sunset Strip, the chic Sunset Plaza retail strip, and the liveliest stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard.

Westwood – Home to the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Westwood used to be a hot destination for a night on the town. It features a high concentration of movie theaters, making it the premier L.A. destination for dinner and a flick.

Century City – This is a compact and rather bland area sandwiched between West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. The primary draws here are the 20th Century Fox studios, Shubert Theatre, and the Westside Pavilion, a huge open-air shopping mall. Century City’s three main thoroughfares are Century Park East, Avenue of the Stars, and Century Park West.

Hollywood – Hooray for Hollywood! It’s my area of choice and it’s undergoing a billion dollar face lift. It’s spouting refurbished movie houses, stylish restaurants, and clubs. The centerpiece, Hollywood & Highland complex, anchors the neighborhood, with shopping, entertainment, and a luxury hotel built around the beautiful Kodak Theatre designed specifically to host the Academy Awards.

The Mid-Wilshire district – The stretch of Wilshire Boulevard running through the southern part of Hollywood is known as the Mid-Wilshire district, or the Miracle Mile. It’s lined with tall, contemporary apartment houses and office buildings. The section just east of Fairfax Avenue, known as Museum Row, is home to almost a dozen museums, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the La Brea Tar Pits, and the Petersen Automotive Museum.

Griffith Park – Up Western Avenue in the northernmost part of Hollywood, this is one of the country’s largest urban parks, home to the Los Angeles Zoo, the famous Griffith Observatory, and the outdoor Greek Theater.

Downtown – Downtown isn’t the tourist attraction that is in most cities. It does have relatively recent construction of several major cultural and entertainment centers (such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, L.A. LIVE, and Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels) and a handful of trendy restaurants. When it comes to entertaining visitors, the Westside, Hollywood, and beach communities are all far more popular.

Silver Lake – This residential neighborhood just north of Downtown and adjacent to Los Feliz (home to the Los Angeles Zoo and Griffith Park), just to the west, has arty areas with unique cafes, theaters, graffiti, and art galleries – all in equally plentiful proportions.

Studio City – Studio City is my recommendation for families because it’s one of the few places you can eat, drink, shop, and play within walking distance of your house. It’s also easily accessible to Hollywood, Burbank, Encino, Downtown or Beverly Hills. Commonly referred to as the gateway between the San Fernando Valley and the rest of Los Angeles.

Exposition Park – South and west of Downtown is home to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the L.A. Sports Arena, as well as the Natural History Museum, the African-American Museum, and the California Science Center. The University of Southern California (USC) is next door.

San Fernando Valley – Sandwiched between the Santa Monica and the San Gabriel mountain ranges, most of the Valley is residential and commercial and off the beaten track for tourists.

Glendale – Glendale is a largely residential community north of Downtown between the Valley and Pasadena.

3. LEARN TO NAVIGATE THE CITY: When I first moved to L.A. I made the horrible mistake of using Mapquest to help me determine how much time it would take me to drive from point A to point B. Mapquest does not take into account the myriad of traffic issues that you will inevitably encounter while driving in L.A. Add a minimum of an hour to the estimated travel time (unless it’s 3 a.m.). Knowing where things are, how to get there, and how much time to allocate for your trips will be an adjustment with far reaching implications, but it can be managed with greater organization. Also, true L.A. residents (and yes, there are some) and longterm L.A. transplants bypass the maze of winding freeways and use alternative routes to get to places when possible. You can learn navigational secrets of your own once you get to know your area, and the areas that you will travel to the most.

4. DEVELOP YOUR LA NETWORK: Whatever industry you work in, there’s undoubtedly an organization that you can join in advance of your move. These organizations are your link to like-minded people who can provide you with local intelligence, in addition to facilitating introductions to other people that may become mission critical allies. Contact Los Angeles’ Business Network International (866.889.3466). They are an international business hub that can dial you into the connectors of your industry.

You can also find a multitude of networking opportunities by contacting the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce (213.580.7500), the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce (323.650.2688), or the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau (213.689.8822) for upcoming social events, and business networking opportunities.

Once you actually start meeting people, you can develop your own network of colleagues and business associates. Be patient. Rome was not built in a day, neither will your network. Your goal should be to meet someone new every week. It will add up sooner than you know it.

5. DO A TRIAL RUN: This is your final step – one that many people bypass altogether and ultimately regret not doing. Make it a point to go to L.A. for a week (perhaps on a vacation) and visit the areas that you are thinking of moving to, both in the daytime and at night. This will give you a much better idea of what you will be getting into once you relocate. During your week’s visit, you will also get the chance to drive in traffic during different hours and get a taste of what living in L.A. will really be like, personally meet people that you’ve recently affiliated with, and familiarize yourself with geography, banks, grocery stores (Vons (owned by Safeway) and Ralph’s are the ubiquitous chains in L.A.).

Your trial run is also a good time for you to sign-up at some employment agencies if you will be looking for work. The ones that I hear are the best are Extra’s Management (818.972.9474); Aquent (323.634.7000); Jason Best Agency (310.209.7500); and Elite Placement Group (310.277.2600).

I can’t emphasize the importance of researching enough, but I can do it once more. Not mentioned in this article are your relocation costs – that’s determined by a plethora of factors and decisions which will largely be determined by you. Your research will aid you in your budget estimations. Here are a couple of links which will prove to be valuable resources for you in your relocation endeavors as well.
